E-hulajnogi… nielegalne!

INFO: Gubernator Nowego Jorku zawetował ustawę, która legalizowała elektryczne rowery i hulajnogi.

 

P. Andrzej Cuomo zablokował przepisy, które zostały przyjęte zdecydowaną większością w czerwcu 2019 r. Lewicowy polityk wytłumaczył, że nie podoba mu się obecne brzmienie ustawy, bo nie zawiera ona obowiązku jazdy w kasku i innych zapisów dotyczących bezpieczeństwa.
